Ledger Flash (闪记) is an SMS-reading personal ledger. This policy complies with China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
Information We Collect
- ① SMS body content (only when SMS permission is granted) — only messages matching financial keywords are parsed.
- ② Parsed results: amount, merchant, last 4 digits of card, timestamp, category.
- ③ Account info: email (optional — only for VIP billing and Shared Ledger).
Purpose
Auto-entry of SMS into your ledger, automatic categorization, VIP AI insights, and Shared Ledger sync.
Retention
Raw SMS is deleted immediately after parsing. Parsed transactions are kept until you delete your account; you may delete entries at any time.
Third-party Sharing
- ① DeepSeek AI — anonymized transaction summaries are sent for VIP AI insights. (Raw SMS and account identifiers are never sent.)
- ② Resend — used solely to deliver signup and VIP receipt emails.
No data is sold or shared with any other third party. No ad SDKs are included.
Security
All network traffic is encrypted with AES-256-GCM over TLS 1.3. Nothing leaves your device before you grant SMS permission.

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability at any time via in-app “Delete account” or contact@legitstudio.cc.
