Banjjak POSY is a wellness app that helps you log fasting periods, meals, and daily habits using information you enter and optional health data you choose to connect.

We only process your personal information to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Banjjak POSY is not a medical device or service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, and does not measure whether autophagy actually occurs.

2.1 Information you enter — You may optionally enter information such as birth year, gender, height, weight, activity level, exercise, sleep, health conditions, medications, meal and fasting records, goals, mood, and app settings. Profile and records are stored locally on your device; we do not operate a separate member server.

2.2 Health Connect data — With your explicit consent, the app may read steps, active calories, and sleep sessions from Android Health Connect. This data is used only for recent activity summaries and conservative adjustments to estimated metabolic ranges. It is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers, ad providers, or payment providers.

2.3 Advertising data — The free version uses Google AdMob. Google may automatically process your IP address, approximate location, advertising/device identifiers, app interaction data, device/OS info, diagnostics, and ad consent choices to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse. We do not pass Health Connect data or your health records to AdMob for targeting.

2.4 Payment data — Purchases and restorations of the lifetime ad-free pass use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. This may process an anonymous app user identifier, device/OS info, purchase history, and purchase token. Actual payment instrument details such as credit card numbers are handled by Google Play, not by us.

2.5 Sharing — When you use the share card feature, the Android system share sheet opens. Only the image, fasting time, and mood you choose are sent to the app you select. You control the destination and whether to send.

Information is used only to display fasting progress, provide logs and calendars, calculate BMI and general metabolic estimates, show activity and sleep summaries, send notifications, provide widgets, preserve settings and records, serve ads and manage ad consent, process and restore purchases, and diagnose errors and prevent fraud.

Free users may see a banner ad at the bottom of the home screen. Interstitial ads are shown only at natural feature transition points, such as after completing a meal log, and are attempted at most once every 6 hours. The app does not hide close buttons or add forced lock screens. Ad close behavior is managed by Google. In regions requiring ad privacy consent, Google UMP is shown. You can review or change available consent choices in the app settings. Users who purchase the lifetime ad-free pass have both banner and interstitial ads removed.

Health Connect data is not provided to Google AdMob or RevenueCat. Third-party services process data under their own privacy policies.

Profile, meal logs, fasting records, and health summaries are stored on your device and remain until you delete app data, uninstall the app, or delete the record inside the app. Health Connect original data is owned by you and can be revoked or deleted in Android Health Connect settings. Ad and payment data may be retained by those providers according to their policies and legal obligations.

You can manage your information by editing profile and goals, deleting logs or resetting app data, deleting app data in Android settings, revoking Health Connect permissions, reviewing or changing ad privacy choices, resetting your advertising ID, and checking or restoring purchases through Google Play. To request deletion of anonymous RevenueCat purchase records, email contact@legitstudio.cc. Information that must be retained for payment, tax, or fraud prevention may not be deleted immediately.

In-app records are stored inside the Android app sandbox. Communication with external ad and payment services uses HTTPS/TLS. We do not combine or sell health data with ad information, and do not use health data for credit, lending, insurance, or employment decisions. If member servers, cloud sync, or separate analytics are added in the future, this policy will be revised and any required consent obtained first.

Banjjak POSY is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that such information has been processed, we will request discontinuation and deletion.

Fasting stages, fat usage timing, metabolic transition ranges, and autophagy descriptions shown in the app are estimated information for general education and lifestyle logging. They do not measure or guarantee actual blood sugar, ketones, insulin, cell state, or autophagy occurrence. If you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, eating disorders, pregnancy/breastfeeding, chronic disease, or take medication, consult a medical professional before extended fasting. Stop fasting and seek medical help if you experience dizziness, fainting, cold sweats, or severe palpitations.

If this policy changes, we will notify you through the app or this public page with the effective date and main changes. Additional consent may be requested if important processing practices change.
